I love food.
And you probably do too. Recently, I've found myself "reviewing" New Hampshire restaurants to friends and found that I rather enjoyed critiquing the food I've ingested, drinks imbibed and service received. I have years of experience in both casual and fine dining restaurants so I find myself thinking about more than just the food itself but rather the whole restaurant operation. This is my experiment/adventure sharing these thoughts with you!
